I received a DUI 2 years ago and hired Brit to represent me as my attorney after interviewing 5 candidates. It was a very scary time for me, with no prior convictions this incident had turned my life upside down. Brit was great at explaining each step of the way in great detail so that I was able to make decisions logically and not from an emotional place. She is also very quick, any questions I emailed or called her about she answered immediately so I never had to wonder the status of my case. She was proactive in offering up multiple solutions, outlining the benefits or risks with each step. Ultimately, Brit was able to negotiate my charge down to a reckless driving charge. 2 years later she assisted me in pulling records to ensure that my deferral had occurred with no problem, she was happy to help even though it had been 2 years later. I would recommend Brit to any of my family or friends needing legal representation. She is smart, poised, quick to respond, and is well connected within her community which I believe can only be a benefit.
